We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from H2O Pink Label. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return/exchange the item within the time frame outlined below.

Returns
Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.

Exchanges
You have 30 days from date of invoice to ship item back for exchange.

We do apologize, but we cannot accept returns/exchanges on merchandise that is damaged, soiled or washed. To ensure full credit, merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, with tags intact.  Items should be packed in original boxes (whenever possible), and with accompanying paperwork.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that goods are packaged properly, and sent via insured mail. We will not be responsible for damaged products.

Upon receipt of an item you wish to exchange, we will immediately ship you the requested replacement item. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges involved in returns or exchanges.

Final Sale
Items that are final sale include all sale items and bodysuits, and we apologize that we cannot effect any refunds or exchanges on the above. All sales are final after 30 days.

Mailing Your Internet Return
It's easy. Here are the basic steps for returning an item:

• Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
• Enclose the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
• All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:
