Shipping Rates: U.S.A.
Our rates are based on the total of merchandise ordered.  An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

When will I receive my orders?
Standard Orders: Most items will be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Is it possible to receive my order faster?
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as UPS 2nd Day Delivery, or UPS Next Day Delivery). Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding legal and Jewish holidays.

Can you ship international orders (outside of the U.S.A.)?
We do ship international orders. Currently, for Canadian orders, just proceed to checkout, where prices for shipping will be reflected. Please note that orders for shipment outside the United States are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. The recipient must pay any additional charges that may be needed for customs clearance. H2O Pink Label has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

We will accept returns for international orders. However, all fees associated with returning the item into the possession of H2O Pink Label is the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund any money until the item arrives at our warehouse. Any delays/problems due to distance or customs is not the responsibility of H2O Pink Label.

We can then respond with a total shipping cost, as well as instructions for placing your international order.
